About

After more than 25 years in full time ministry, Ministry Grid's founder, Keli Terrell, exited her role as a Worship Pastor to redirect her gifts into the area of freelance ministry. As she began her journey into "hands-on" consulting, she began to realize a great need arising in many of today's churches. Many leaders often spend hours each week making phone calls or sending emails in an effort to locate and employee professional musicians or speakers to fill in the gaps that often arise coming into weekend worship services.

There are a great number of talented musicians who don't play at their home churches every weekend who would like to be a blessing to others and add to their family incomes by filling in other places and playing special events. In addition, there are more than just musicians out there who are self-employed who also enjoy using their talents to help God's church and they need work, too. So, what if there was a way to bring the two together, filling the needs on both sides, while blessing people and honoring God in the process? Now there is.

The Ministry Grid network is not limited to musicians alone. Our network grows weekly and now includes seasoned and experienced individuals representing almost every profession. Chances are, if you or your church is in need of any type of service, The Grid has someone who can meet your needs.
